An aluminium frame keeps it to 12.3 kg, and Shimano eight-speed gearing with Rapidfire trigger shifters gives a proper range and a grown-up shifting action. Aluminium V-brakes with a front modulator handle the stopping, and tan-wall tyres with puncture protection cope with everything from the school run to an afternoon out with friends. A full chainguard and anti-slip pedals come fitted. Built up, checked and adjusted by us here in Clare before you collect it.
