A light aluminium frame keeps it to 8.3 kg, which matters when a small rider is picking it up or a parent is carrying it home. Single-speed gearing means there is nothing to shift and nothing to go wrong, and V-brakes on both wheels give two ways to stop. A full chainguard keeps trousers and fingers away from the chain, and the pedals have anti-slip platforms. Built up, checked and adjusted by us here in Clare before you collect it.
