Orders

1. When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Please note, this does not constitute acceptance of your order, as we cannot guarantee the availability of items listed on our website. Your order will be considered accepted once we send you an email confirming that it has been dispatched.
2. All prices displayed on our website are in Euro and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Occasionally, prices may differ from those listed on the website. In such cases, we will notify you before dispatching your order and seek your confirmation to proceed with the purchase at the updated price.
3. Your order, including any delivery or associated charges, must be paid in full before it can be dispatched.
4. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, even after you receive an order confirmation, for any reason, including errors in the advertised price, description of the goods, or any other mistake related to the goods.
5. If we cancel your order, we will reach out to you by phone or email to arrange a full refund of any payment you have made.
6. Once your order has been accepted, it cannot be canceled unless you receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Collection and Delivery

When placing your order, you will be asked whether you would like to collect your goods or have them delivered.

Collections

1. If you choose to collect your goods, we will notify you by email once they are ready for pickup. Your order must be collected within fourteen days of this notification. 
2. If you do not collect your goods within this timeframe, we reserve the right to reallocate them to another customer and place a new order for you. 
Please bring your email receipt as proof of purchase when collecting your order. 
3. Ownership and risk of the goods transfer to you upon collection.

Dispatch Policy & Deliveries

1. If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days. If the items are out of stock, we will strive to ship your order within 28 business days of receiving it. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this time frame, you may cancel your order at no charge and receive a full refund.
2. Deliveries will be made by courier to the address provided in your order. You must ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. The courier will contact you in advance with an estimated delivery time.
3. When placing your order, you must inform us of any potential delivery challenges, such as narrow entrances or stairs. If you fail to provide this information and the courier deems the location difficult to access, you will be responsible for any additional charges, including re-delivery and extra personnel fees.
4. We only deliver to addresses within Ireland. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses. 
5. Delivery dates are estimates only, and we do not accept liability for any delays caused by shipment issues from our suppliers.
6. If no one is present to accept the delivery on the scheduled date, you will be charged for storage and re-delivery costs. 
7. To change your delivery date, you must contact us within 48 hours of dispatch.
8. Goods are shipped at our risk until they are signed for by you or another person at the provided address. 
9. You must inspect your goods upon delivery and note any damages on the delivery documentation. You are required to unpack and thoroughly check your goods within 24 hours of delivery and notify us in writing of any defects. We will not be liable for any faults or damages reported after this period.

Returns

When you purchase goods online, you have a statutory right to return them unopened within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at info@thecraftycommute.ie stating your intention to return the items. We will refund the purchase price, excluding delivery costs.
Returned goods are at your risk and expense. They must be returned unopened, securely packaged, and accompanied by our delivery document.

1. We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms that apply to your order are those posted on our website at the time you place your order.
2. We may update or modify our website and its content at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of:
